To Whom It May Concern: January 2, 2006 Re: Mandie Sullivan
My wife and I met Mandie in the late summer of 2004 at the Volunteer neighborhood group (Common Fence Point Improvement Assoc.). During that period, I had communications with Mandie about her son’s wish to help in renovations to the Community Hall. On one of her e-mails I had noticed that she was working [as a mortgage broker].
In December of 2004, we had an opportunity to bid on a property in Portsmouth, and we were unsure if we could afford to make an offer. I remembered Mandie’s e-mail and called her to discuss our situation.
Mandie came to the house, listened to our thoughts and desires, and went into action to find a method of financing our project. She spent many hours both day and evening, working with us to find a program that would fit our needs. She secured the financing for us and we were successful in purchasing the property.
During the past year, Mandie has been there to provide assistance in our communicating with the lending agencies as they continue to buy and sell our mortgages as well as attempting to revise the terms of the loans. She has always maintained contact and has been willing and able to help in any way she can.
We feel fortunate to have the help and assistance of Mandie as we continue with this project and possibly others in the future.
Very Truly Yours
Bill L.
